I know. When my new keyboard arrived and the Dashboard was no longer mapped to F4 (it changed to Launchpad in 2012), I called Apple Support to get that fixed. They showed me how to map Dashboard to the F5 key and I was all set. (System Preferences/Mission Control)

I'm not sure if this was possible in Mavericks but I noticed the option to show Dashboard as an Overlay in Yosemite. I changed to that and really like it.

Yeah it was possible in Mavericks. Quickeys can do it too, I think.

I removed it awhile back. Takes up CPU cycles and I never used it anyway. Never found any widgets that I couldn't live without. Maybe on a MacBook I might have used it more.

Mac Studio M1 Ultra, 128GBs Unified memory, 4TB SSD.
Interfaces: MOTU M2 and 8A (2.1 and 5.1 setups).
DAWs: Digital Performer 11, Logic Pro, Cubase 12 Pro, Studio One Pro.
Sample Libraries: Primary - VSL (all), Spitfire, (mostly all), and many others.
External Controllers: Metagrid Pro and Studio Logic SL|MIXFACE

Here's a widget I can't live without: http://macwidgets.jpn.org/secretnotepadplus/
Works better than all of the Password managers out there. Yes, Apple is trying to move the widgets to the Notification Center, but I haven't heard a sound from developers on this.

Not showing up in the app Store (that's Software Update now...) and not the Apple site that I could find. Updating my iPhone 5s now.

Thanks!

I hope this is a Time zone artifact, as I just updated. I remember years back when an OSX update was pulled almost as soon as it was posted. Everything is perfectly snappy here.

That link comes up as a white page with no content... we usually get the updates like everyone else, unless it is not for my 3,1 Mac Pro?

I can't imagine why the direct download link doesn't work. I can open it with my iPad.

Opens on my iPhone and in Chrome (d/l now). Weird! Both Safari and the App Store can't access it! HA ha ha! I find that kind of humorous... but not for long! Arrrrrgh!

Thanks again. Can't wait for the 'snap! ☺

The Calendar changed a little. A dot around the day # instead of highlighting the entire current day. Cleaner. Safari has been a sludge of late, however. I gotta figure that one out. I must be sending all sorts of crapola to FB and a few other sites slow to load. Either that or the server are hammered. Not such a bad idea...
