DP9 Surround panners - can't switch from faders mode

Post by kdm »

With a surround track, or aux in this case (surround instance of Proverb), the panner has no icons to switch between joystick and faders modes, and all panners open in faders mode (ArcPanner, etc).

Anyone else seeing this? I had wondered where my nice large arc panners were (that I've seen in the manual and user posts) when I started testing DP in surround, and now I know - the switch icons seem to be missing.

Is this working on the Mac version? Other Win users?

Have I missed something? I can upload a screen cap of the panner that opens up - no icons or option to switch out of faders mode as the manual shows in it's screen cap of the panners.

If your track is already surround, the joystic becames useles... all you have is a descrete volume control of each track. To see the joystick, create a mono or stereo track a assign to a surround bundle..
Best reggards.
