DP 8 and VSL.

Post by belkina »

DP can't find my Vienna Symphonic Instruments (which work fine on their own). DP works ok with Kontakt instruments, and with Garritan, but it cannot find Vienna Symphonic Intruments. I have tried going into Prefs and manually pointing the Plugin to the folder containing the VSL Instrument player and the Vienna Ensemble, and also the folder which contains all the samples, No luck with either one.

I have no idea what else to try.... ?

Just a note to say I solved it with the help of the people from VSL. :-)

Here is the main point:

"On a PC, it´s important that the *.dll files are installed in VST Plug-in folders and that these folders are assigned correctly in the Preferences of the given host (in this case DP)."
