Mixer fader meter scale

Post by profdraper »

Hi,

Wondering if anyone has seen this behaviour before, and if so, how to alter?

I'm working on a DP8 project with a composer in the UK, who's sending cues as chunks etc. The thing is, some sequence mixers have different fader scales: some at the usual + 6 above zero, and others at 48 above zero (!?) Driving me nuts, all of the later are mixed too quite and meter incorrectly.

Have not seen this before, nor can find prefs, pull down menus or otherwise that would seem to allow this kind of customisation in the mixer.

Any ideas? Thanks.

just look at the automation mode just above the pan pot - the ones with scale +48 are in trim mode
