QSC TouchMix

My 828mk3 died and while I was cleaning and waiting for the replacement from MOTU I noticed this.

Seams like a lot of bang for the buck.
Don't think I've ever heard of QSC before.

QSC is a huge presence in live sound and systems installation. Founded in Costa Mesa, CA over 50 years ago, you see their power amps and loudspeakers everywhere from world class tours to the corner bar.

Maybe I have heard them just haven't been close enough to see them.

No doubt about that. QSC just about ate Crown's lunch for good back in the day.

I own one.
They just released OS version 3.
It's a SOLID board with a great App for mobile devices. It also has a slot for a USB Wifi dongle .. .which is VERY handy.
My ONLY complaint is that you have to set gain stages AT the mixer via physical knob. Which is fine if you're seated at the mixer. But if you're mixing remote via iPad and are setting levels, you gotta walk back to the mixer and set/change them.
I'd give this board a HIGH recommendation.
