iPad MIDI controller

My digital piano has no pitch or mod wheel (not surprising), so I'm looking for a good, simple iPad app to use for these as well as other controllers so I can add expression, etc., to my MIDI tracks. I found this really great one from Yamaha, but it doesn't have an option for pitch. I can set each "fader" to any controller number, but not pitch.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Here's a screen grab of the Yamaha app. I really like it's simplicity, nearly zero setup. I just also need pitch.

I really like MIDI Designer Pro, or MIDI Designer 12 (which is NOT $999.99- I think I paid $10 for it-I shot a note off to the developer about that).

Yeah, I've seen those and the 999.99 price seemed weird. But then 24.99 for the other seems a bit steep not knowing what it's capable of. I've sent an email to them about 12 (and/or Lite).
MIDI Designer Pro, from the looks of the screen shots, appears to be WAY more than I need to control my VIs.
