How can i uploaed mp3 for critiques?

Post by donreynolds »

i would like to upload some of my projects that are in the mp3 format for the group to critique, but I am not sure how to do it. Can anyone help me with some instructions on how to do this?
I would really appreciate it as I do respect the opinions of the members here.
thanks in advance guys

To do this you'll need to have either a publically accessible FTP server or a web server. You simply upload the mp3 and email the URL.

For FTP this would be something like:
ftp://domain.com/track.mp3

For a web server it would be more like:
http://www.domain.com/track.mp3

Note: these links don't go actually anywhere, the UBB automatically turns them into live links

I do this all the time for production proofs.

Goto www.soundclick.com and setup an account. It's free. Then upload your songs. After you've uploaded your songs, you can post a link on here or wherever to the url of your soundclick page. Like this.
