Where can I find my controller assignments to back up once I set up my controller? I don't want to have to re set these up each new build,is this possible?

On Windows7 there is a file in C:\users\your name\app data\roaming\BPM called BPM standalone properties. I assume this holds all the data.

Too bad. It has to store it somewhere though. Are you sure that is not it?

It's in the registry on Windows.
/HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/com.motu/BPM

Thanks Hugy, ssp maybe you should sticky this, this is important enough I think, and kinda confusing actually.Tricky spot to hide that,if I recall there's another setting like this in the registry to backup the locations of fav's too, perhaps we can get a sticky for this info.
