I went online to Splice.com to download the free version of Ozone 9 Elements, but noticed that DP is not supported software. Is anyone using it successfully with DP 9.12 or another version of DP even though it's not officially supported?

There's a free version or is it a demo?
The answer to your question is Yes.

Re: Ozone 9 Elements compatible w/DP 9.12?
Thanks for the feedback, Mike! And yes, it is free to download until June 5th. I found the link on Musicradar.com. It looks like you are running DP10. Is anyone using Ozone 9 Elements successfully with DP9?

Re: Ozone 9 Elements compatible w/DP 9.12?
I already gave you the correct answer: Yes
Besides, the download is free — you can't find out for yourself?
Having used Ozone since v. 1 in DP 4.x, I'm highlighting the important parts.
System Requirements
Operating Systems:
Mac: OS X 10.11.6 (El Capitan)–macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
PC: Win 7–Win 10
Available Formats:
Note: All plug-in formats are 64-bit only
AudioUnit
AAX
VST2
VST3
This is the unimportant stuff:
Supported Hosts:
Logic Pro X, Live 9–10.1, FL Studio 20, Pro Tools 12.8–2019, Cubase 9.5–10, Studio One 4, Reason 10–11, REAPER 5–6, Bitwig Studio 3, Audition CC 2019, Premiere Pro CC 2019, Sound Forge Mac 3, Sound Forge Pro 13, Digital Performer 10, Nuendo 10, Wavelab 9, Final Cut Pro X
Elements is a subset of Standard, itself a subset of Advanced. Here's the stuff longtime users like I know: If you have licenses for Ozone or RX Elements, Standard and Advanced as I do (Izotope has many different bundles so this isn't hard to do), whichever you install last uninstalls the previous version. Example: If I were to activate Ozone Elements, the Izotope Product Portal removes all the components of Advanced not contained in Elements. Quite a shock when I went to insert an Advanced plugin to learn it was no longer in the plugins folder
If you upgrade to Standard or Advanced later, the Product Portal will make this obvious.
This is not true of all four Elements plugins, only Ozone and RX. Neutron and Nectar Elements and Advanced are both installed.
