For diagnosing a problem, give me a searchable.pdf any day. Type in a key word or two and have the answer in seconds — works for me.
I can’t remember the last time I opened that... or the first time, for that matter. Not sure I ever did. I once ordered the $20 print manual for a version of Finale (2003, perhaps?). I got this 1 1/2” monstrosity printed 4 up to the page. Difficult to read without a magnifying glass; impossible to search. I recycled the paper a couple years later. Learned my lesson.MIDI Life Crisis wrote:You can always print out the PDF.
