Roland Cloud update..instruments can now run “offline”.

Post by David Polich »

Roland Cloud has released updates to their
virtual instruments. A constant internet connection
is no longer required in order to use the instruments.
Users can now be offline for six days and use the
RC synths. Once a week, an internet connection
is required to “refresh” the license authorization.
If your computer is always connected to the
internet, there is no “check-in” required, the
Roland Cloud Manager automatically checks to
verify authorization and will download and install
all updates for you automatically as well.

Updates also include MIDI Learn for all ACB
based synthesizers (Aira and Legendary line),
CPU efficiency improvements for Windows users,
and DAW-specific bug fixes.
