First thing I noticed is that if I do a save while playing the sound start chirping. The previous version didn't do it. The same sound appears from time to time also when I bring mixer to the front with SHIFT+M command. I also get that sound at some other times. Going back to 9.13 makes it go away.

Yes, I've noticed this glitch, saving while playing. It seems to be when audio tracks are present. I haven't noticed it with only MIDI tracks, have to check again. Other random glitches also noted.

I noticed the chirp when saving too, and don't recall it in previous versions, but it doesn't both me enough to revert to earlier versions.

I have a strange feeling as if those glitches happened more often. I was unable to run a full song recording through a bus to a new track without having them so I ended up opening the project in DP 9.13

That was the first thing I found, and completely by accident.
Tres Cool!
Very useful, too. I sure could have used that on my last project.

I heard some chirping. Figured it was pitch glitches. So you're saying it's happening randomly? And it's in the actual output?

Oh no... I sure hope not.

No chirping here. I tried it on a few existing projects. No problem on big or small projects, with or without pitch correction.

I've been working on audio only projects, but 9.5 seems solid to me so far.

Finished two 15 minute silent film scores in as many days and still have time to start on the third in a series. ONE random crash so far. Not a big deal. I think my trash can is just starting to get to know 9.5.

Seriously, working fabulous here!

Yep. I am at around 40% on my 10 core trashcan at 1024. Around 30/40 tracks, 40 busses and DSP and native plugins everywhere.

Dear Magic Dave & all, thanks so much for the new effect performance pane. I've so often had weird glitches and performance spikes always happening at exactly the same position in a song but for no obvious or easily identifiable reason.
My current project developed this annoyance and 1st thing opening 9.5 helped with was to immediately identify the cause - an instance of Slate Verbsuite Classics suddenly spiking to max at bar 43..
Brilliant!

What is most notable is that the level of the playback meter in the Audio Performance window is much lower. They must have done some really good work with all that rendering I guess. :D

Saving while playing, is that really necessary? It takes only a few seconds. Although it's supposed to work I hesitate since it seems to be a good way to force a crash. If they for some reason is forced to remove that feature in the future it would be the last thing I would miss.
