I guess I'm supposed to have a master fader in each sequence which shall be routed to the master fader in the V-rack. But I can't find any way to connect them since I can't find inputs, only outputs on master faders.

In the sequences, route all the outputs to the hardware output you want to use. You don't have to put a master fader in each sequence. Put a Master fader in the V-Rack routed to the same hardware output. Now it controls the output level of anything that plays through that channel include tracks in the sequences. To add a Master fader to a V-Rack to add it first to any sequence, and then use "Move Selected Tracks" command (right click on the track name) to get it to the V-Rack.

Thank you for a much better explanation!
In other words I didn't have to do anything else but adding the master fader to the V-rack. The output was preselected the right way from the beginning.
And enabling/ disabling the V-rack, will load/unload all plugins inserted in the Master fader. Handsome!
BTW, don't forget to set your dither plugin, if any, post fader in Master fader. Otherwise, the fader may ruin the dithering.

I must try dithering to see if my mixes will rise to a level never heard before.
