As long as a closed folder didn't impede the functionality of the cue, or chain chunks feature, that'd be cool.

I don't see why it should any more than soundbite or track folders impede. In thinking a little more, if there were chunks that contained VIs and we could disable all chunks in that folder )and the related VIs) we could have larger projects without the overhead of too many VIs at work at once. I could easily see doing multiple "projects" in the same DP project at once and not have to separate aspects such as dialogue, SFX, music, mixes, etc., in one DP project. I presently opt for multiple projects, especially where it's VI heavy. And yeah, I can do that now with enabling and disabling V-Racks, but it's a PITA to keep track of (no pun intended).
