According to the manual, to get an accent in a custom click pattern (Preferences>Click Defaults), you highlight the number then hit control-cmd-B, which should turn the digit red and bold. This isn't working for me, I can't figure out how to create an accent.
Anyone know how to do this?

Try just command-B (as in "embolden")
