Rewire Question

Post by MIDI Life Crisis »

Now that Finale REQUIRES that I use Digital Performer just for it's movie window and also now that it's not working as promised, can anyone tell me where where I can find the latest version of Rewire? The version on my Mac is 1.8.5 build 135 and appears to have been updated with the Finale 25 install, but the feature is not working well and fails if I make and changes or move between the programs more than two times. I thought I might find a newer version of Rewire. Googling only brings up ver 1.7.

All advice kindly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok, I don't know the answers to your questions, but I have a question or two of my own. Could you elaborate on that sentence? Especially the first clause, up to the comma. "Requires?"

Then the 2nd clause, or that part after the comma. How is it not working?

I mean, this isn't going to get you any closer to an answer, so if you don't have the time, don't worry about it, but I'm really curious to know what's going on there. You've got my ears standing up like Lassie when Timmy is shouting for help from the well.

A total deal breaker for me. Add to that the removal of scanning and we're done.
