Update Micro Express Firmware

Hi.

I have a Micro Express USB MIDI interface.

I downloaded the firmware updater, but am having trouble running the updater.

From the MOTU Support site;

"To boot your Micro Express into a firmware update mode, connect the unit to your computer via USB, and Press and Hold the STRIPE button while powering the unit on. Follow the Firmware Updater's on-screen instructions."

Seeing as it doesn't actually HAVE a power-switch and is bus-powered, I tried holding panic down while I plugged in the USB cable.

Anyone know how to do this?

It doesn't say to use a power switch. To me, it says hold the Stripe button while connecting the USB cable.

Does this not work?
