Question about aux track

Post by jonesmusic80 »

I'm working on a little project in DP. All of my virtual instrument tracks are routed to an Aux track. I have my master reverb, etc... on this aux track. The problem is when I use the slider to manually adjust the volume level of the track (to -5 dB, for example), when I playback my sequence from the beginning, the volume slider automatically reverts back to 0.00 dB.

Please help ...

Thanks!

It sounds like you have volume automation in there.

Look at the volume lane and delete the automation, or disable automation for the track.

You can also use the audio channels's send and lower it there
Mac Mini Server i7 2.66 GHs/16 GB RAM / OSX 10.14 / DP 9.52
Tascam DM-24, MOTU Track 16, all Spectrasonics' stuff,
Vienna Instruments SUPER PACKAGE, Waves Mercury, slaved iMac and Mac Minis running VEP 7, etc.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have a volume fade-out at the end of the track.
