Disabling SIP opens up a security hole. It's same one present in all previous versions of OS X so there is no fix for this. Well, actually, there is and it's to reenable SIP.
I found problems with older versions of some Adobe products. The fix was to disable SIP, reinstall then reenable SIP and I was fine. This can also reenable Soundflower depending on the exact version of the .kxt files you have installed—if you use the latest, it's not necessary.
