We know there's a function in tracks overview that we can move a instrument track into v-rack.
Is there a function we can do it backwards?

Drag and drop. V-Rack from Chunks Window to the Tracks Overview Window.
The chunk will still be there, so you may wish to disable it, or disable individual VIs within it if you're going to be using them within the sequence.
