Hi there,
Even if I disselect the G, snap to grid, when I drag the audio region, it still snaps to bar head.... Is there a way we can do that freely?
How to drag the audio freely, without snap to grid?

Make sure all three snap features are off; there's Snap to Grid, Beat and Markers all in the same area in the Sequence Editor. Just in case, if you're trying to move audio around in the Track Overview window it's going to snap to whatever zoom level you're at.
If all that fails and it's a bug in the Windows version, holding the Control key down should override it while you drag.

M2 Studio Ultra, RME Babyface FS, Slate Raven Mti2, NI SL88 MKII, Linnstrument, MPC Live II, Launchpad MK3. Hundreds of plug ins.

The Command Key (Win Key in Windows) toggles the grid even in the Tracks Overview, btw.
