The except for me includes MIDI learn in MX4; other than these two - it's been rather good.cuttime wrote:Seemed to fix all the problems I have reported.

Re: Update D.P. 9.01
My studio is in two locations - one for tracking, another for mixing/editing. I've been using DP9 for mixing, but haven't had the nerve to track with it yet (don't want any surprises in front of clients while tracking). My tracking computer is an older MacPro with 10.6.8.
So my questions are: Anyone using DP 9.01 with 10.6.8? Is it reliable for tracking, or should I stick with 8.07 on that machine?

It should be, you'd think, Phil, especially if it's only for tracking.
I still miss SL. I'd still be on it were it not for my hardware (Mac). My Phil-O-Sophy on SL is that if an app runs in it, it should run "right".

Back to OMF/AAF opening. Tried repairing disk permissions , still crashing away. I am still on 8. Let us know if 9 is better for those files. Like I said , every time I got a new version of DP, they opened fine for a while then started crashing. Let us know if 9 does the same thing. At this point they open fine inAudio Desk, then I send them as over as a DP file
