Les is truly the man, and I'm sad to see him go.
He came out to one of my shows last year and of course, was cool and helpful as ever!

Three cheers (and as many more as are allowed legally) for Les! Everyone who has interacted with him seems to agree on what a great person, professional asset, and effective force he has been with MOTU. His ability to value everyone's suggestions, opinions, and complaints, for lo these many years can't be underestimated and is very much appreciated.
I send my best wishes out for Les, and hope we get to work again in the future, and since this music business does seem to have its incestuous nature, that seems very likely. Keep things moving forward and best of luck.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Les at several NAMM shows and MOTU-MAC dinners. Truly a great guy all around. MOTU won't be the same without him!
