As usual, they didn't send email to loyal customers. Hopefully this is not a time-sensitive download. A lot of vendors seem to assume everyone has time to be on the internet and forums on a regular basis; whereas email is easier to make "regular" because it is targeted to YOU and can be more easily filtered for what you want/need to see (or time-sensitive stuff).

Still wondering what happened to the v5 upgrade announced last October, and now I'm wondering whether this will be part of it. Probably not as "little" usually denotes their early efforts, as a teaser, until they perfect the plug-in much later for its not-free version.

I know, I would not have seen it if a friend hadn't sent it to me. You'd think current Soundtoys customers would get this direct, but alas, no.

I suspect it is time sensitive since this is how they announced other freebies. I just downloaded it, and at first glance it looks worth having. I'm not sure I'm totally sold on these "viral" approaches, but that's their decision.

Looks like I'm going to have to borrow a redemption code from GS.

I logged in, and it gave me a redemption code, then a button "continue", which I clicked and then was presented with an otherwise-blank screen that ALSO said "continue"; after clicking I was then cycled back where I started.

Unfortunately I didn't write down the redemption code first since I wasn't expecting problems and also assumed it would show up via email or in my account. No go!

Must be a network problem. The same thing happens with a redemption code hand-entered (cut/paste doesn't work) from the GS topic. Then it goes further and says "we are experiencing heavy network traffic..." etc.

I can no longer log in to my account. It kept logging me out after each login earlier. I thought maybe it didn't like Safari on Macs but I think they're just getting hit with too many requests.

If my link isn't working, I'm sure there are a boatload of codes in various forums and Facebook/Twitter by now. Try KVR too, I just looked over at their forum, and the list of links is LOOONNNNG. :D

Definitely get the plugin, it looks like a good one.

Nope; I even tried in Firefox and got the same network problems and constant logouts.

I hope that after trying four redemption codes I'm not being spam-blocked or shut out from the offer. I mean, we'll get it for free when the full edition comes out anyway, but who knows how long of a wait that will be? I've been missing plug-ins in this space ever since selling TC Powercore and other TC gear; I don't even have placeholder plug-ins in this space!
