I will have to use Nuendo for a while (6 month) and as i'm really used to dp shortcuts i'm wondering if there is a way to export the list as an xml file or something around and import the whole to nuendo...

I very much doubt this could be done. But when I was using Cubase, there were some keyboard shortcut sets that emulated the defaults for PT, Logic or DP. I don't remember if they were 3rd party or supplied by Steinberg, but the regulars on the Steinberg forums would know if they're still around.
