Need to remove MIDI devices from the list

Need to remove MIDI devices from the list

In my setup, I changed the Audio MIDI Setup in the Utilities on the Mac. When I want to choose a device for a MIDI input source, all previous devices are listed there, even though in the bundles I deleted everything, old device setups are still showing up.

I would like to clean this up a bit, so does anyone know why DP would not be deleting them from this list, even though they are all deleted from Audio MIDI Setup and also from the Bundles window?
