Yep. It happened the day I upgraded to Mavericks. It wasn't a DP issue.

And there were similar problems in many apps at first. Most of those are fixed now.

I had it set up with no apps and no modifications to the control panel and I get the same problems. In my case the vertical scroll is completely useless in DP but works in everything else.

Yep. It happened the day I upgraded to Mavericks. It wasn't a DP issue.
Actually, it's been so long now that I don't remember whether it was Mavericks or 10.10. I threw my hands up and took a break from all things system-related, to the point that if you told me that Mavericks and 10.10 were the same, I'd probably believe you. But I definitely remember that the scrolling issue (and a number of others) happened immediately upon upgrading OS X.

It was long before the 10.10 release. I had hoped 10.10 would fix it.

Yeah, you're right. I do remember that, now. Ok, it was definitely Mavericks. We'd been on such a winning streak with both OS X and DP, and I even waited for a while before updating to Mavericks, but you win some and lose some. Mavericks was a little of each.

Has anyone installed the new MIDI driver yet?
MacPro5,1 2012, six core 2 x 3.06, 10.12.5, Digital Performer 9.13, 40 gb ram, 828mkIII, 2408 mkII, MTP AV, Logic Pro X 10.3.1, Studio One v 3.2, Pro Tools 12.7.1
