I have to care about Mono as I do a lot of modern square dance tracks.
These callers generally perform in small rooms and carry a very simple sound system with just one speaker.
Therefore...mono or at least summed to mono.
I have to admit (along with the not mentioned musical challenges that goes with this genre) that mono is not "fun".
