Is it best to run projects on the program drive or an external drive? I have the new Mac Pro, but the internal program drive isn't too big. If the external drive and connection (thunderbolt) is fast enough, is that the most efficient way to do it?

It´s usually recommended to run your DP projects in a different disk, for a few different reasons.
