Hey all,
I'm trying to do the following: creating a custom console slider in order to translate incoming CC7 signals to CC11. I'm trying to do it in such a way, that on a MIDI track, recording CC7 automation by moving the software fader of that track in the Mixer Page will directly translate into CC11 (so I don't want any CC7 signals to be recorded). The reason for this is that I thought maybe this could be a workaround for recording automation with motorized faders despite using a dedicated control surface like the Mackie Control or the Artist Mix.
Despite fiddling around with different setups, I can't seem to get it functional. Is there anybody who knows how to do this?
