Using Scala files with DP
I searched the forum, but haven't really found much details. I'd like to import Scala files into DP (specifically, for AAS String Studio VS-2). I thought it would be as simple as downloading some scale/tuning templates and applying them to the VI. However, everything I find online seems to be quite convoluted and a hassle (like having to install X11 just to be able to do this).
If there's any easier way of accomplishing this or you can explain how Scala works so a dummy like me can understand it, please let me know. Below is a link to the Scala home page. Thanks a lot.

Pretty simple, really, just put the .scl files in ~/Library/Application Support/Applied Acoustics Systems/Scala Tunings and select the scale from within the VS-2 plug itself.

Thank you, Cuttime. That was some instant gratification for me. Now I have to learn to make my own.

I'm pretty sure MachFive and Ethno do. There's a list on this page:labman wrote:What other VI's can read Scala files?
