Keycue 7.2 now works with Digital Performer

Post by labman »

Gue the developer actually made this update for apps like DP, and the new version history states...

"Works around a problem where KeyCue could not display shortcuts for Digital Performer."

What a company!!!

Maybe I don't understand Keycue, but when I tried it, all I saw was a listing of the menu commands that already appear at the top of the screen. Will it do more than that, like show a customized set of keyboard shortcuts, or something like that? Otherwise, I don't get the point of Keycue.

Its superb if you have a young intern new to dp, or you yourself have forgotten a key code and need it pronto.

And of course you don't have to mouse anywhere, (which we hate) just engage, then arrow keys etc

OK, I get it. DP key commands are burned into my nervous system, so I wouldn't use it much. But if it could be customized with selected shortcuts per application, it could be handy for displaying rarely used commands.
