Direct play through recording

Post by ritzybiz »

DP 8 On my new MacBookPro has direct play through greyed out. I am using an Apogee Quartet and latest Mavericks OS. I have never come across this before and any suggestions would be appreciated.

You can only get Direct Hardware Playthrough with MOTU interfaces. You will need to either lower the buffer or use Apogee's low latency mixer (the latter is probably your best option).
