Kontakt 5 Player Free Download

I am about to purchase the indigisounds steel pan library. It requires the Kontakt Player 5.
I see that it is a free download. Do I have to buy the full Kontakt 5 Player Version or can I use this free version. Look forward to your replies. Thanks.

Inmost cases 3rd party sounds require the full player. Check the specs from the vendor seeking the instrument (not Kontakt).

What MLC said, but chances are you can get the library to work for 15 minutes before timing out on the player version. Not sure that it makes the purchase worthwhile.

If it will work with the free version, it will mention this on the product page. Most that I notice say Kontakt Player (full version) required or something similar.
