Probably stretching the limits of my i7 iMac, but it isn't, ultimately, causing a problem. When the warning appears, I simply click continue and I'm instantly back to work. However, it's a bit annoying seeing this pop up so often. I think the most demand is coming from VI's.
Will buffer settings improve this?

I turned mine off ages ago and forgot about it until your post. I think the warning is a bit too sensitive.

Ahh...good idea. Didn't realize it was a pref that could be disabled.
