On occasion I have the "pleasure" of recording singers whose pitch is very poor. Auto Tune (medium to slow attack, as TDH notes) takes care of bringing things into line quickly on smaller budget demo projects. DP's built-in correction is a great way to rescue stray notes and bring them close enough to the correct pitch that Auto Tune gives the intended result. Down and dirty, but efficient when time is short.
