Someone called Martin Eastwood has released a free reverb, imaginatively called MVerb.

http://martineastwood.com/

Probably not the greatest reverb in the world but i'm sure i've heard worse!

That's just my opinion though and as Martin's older brother Clint once said 'Opinions are like assholes, everybody has one'. :)

From Prosoniq.

... world's first realtime Vuvuzela filtering plug in based on sonicWORX' audio de-mixing technology. VuvuX is a free AudioUnit plug in that suppresses the noise created by the South African trumpet called "Vuvuzela" in realtime

URL: http://www.prosoniq.com/pub/freebies/ProsoniqVuvuX.zip

A bit specialized, and the demo posted two days ago didn't work that well, but it's free.

David Polich posted this in it's own thread but adding it here:

Just released for Mac - AU version of Combo V, a Vox Continental
emulation. It's free - and it's surprisingly good.

Hi All:

Thought I would post information regarding some new free vst's.

IK Multimedia announced SampleTank Free:

http://www.ikmultimedia.com/sampletankfree/features/

WOK released TenC and 100CC effect plugins to create deep ambient spaces and choirs:

http://www.music.service-1.de/html/tenc_100cc.html

WOK also released a free MIDI Arpeggiator called SimpArp:

http://music.service-1.de/html/simparp.html

Sonimus (pylorca) released a free EQ called SonEQ (getting great reviews over at kvr):

http://translate.google.com.ar/translat ... =&ie=UTF-8

http://www.prodyon-virtual-gear.com/pro ... enome.html

Download and go make some music! :)

BarBeCutie, SimpArp and TenC are PC only from what I can tell, now that I've downloaded them. Both .DLL files. Bummer.

Kass, that link loads a page that says, "The requested URL /translat was not found on this server."

No matter. Here's the download page of the company:

http://sonimus.com/site/page/downloads/

2008 8 Core 2.8GHz Intel Xeon, 10G RAM, 10.6.8, DP8.04, MachFive 3.2.0
MOTU MIDI Express XTs, MOTU 24I/Os, Mackie Onyx 1620, No Monitors
MIDI - Roland, Yamaha & Novation - Reconfiguration In progress
Guitar & Bass - Line6, Music Man
Currently not listening to the usual TOTO, Duke, Japanese fusion and neo-classical etc, but, believe it or not, to K-Pop EDM. Brilliant!

Came across this at KVR. The AradazMaximizer. Another fun instant gratification maximizer. Free but donations accepted. The author hosts with blogspot, so navigating his site is tricky so I'll lay out direct links:

Plug-in info:
http://aradaz.blogspot.com/2008/06/arad ... rsion.html

User Guide:
http://aradaz.blogspot.com/2008/06/arad ... guide.html

Download Links:
http://aradaz.blogspot.com/p/download.html

It's also very spartan and not much info, but the plug doesn't sound half bad. :)
