Not able to use or import rex files into BPM

Post by BDrake »

Im able to use all other files like .wav and aiff but I cant use a rex file. Im getting "Couldnt load the file" everytime I attempt to drop one in the rack or onto a pad. I cant even import it from the BPM browser. FYI Im using it in standalone mode. I called tech support but they could not duplicate the error so they let me go. Tech said to install Reason see if that help? I did and still it didnt help me load a rex into BPM. can anyone help? :?

System:
Windows7 64bit
I5 processor
6gb ram
Im running BPM x64

REX files are not available in the 64bits version of BPM because there is no REX library available in 64bits.
You need to wait that propellerheads release it.

If you run the 32bits of BPM, it will be available.

For the same reason, 64bits version of sequencer like Cubase can't load REX file either.

Hope this helps.
