Cant See MIDI Device

I have installed Motu BPM on my laptop
updated drivers, it sees the audio drivers but not the Korg Nano pad I installed.
i have updated drivers on the nano
nothing

Can anyone help at all?

If you've installed the nano drivers,you must also install the nano's MIDI drivers,you have to manually do this though...check the paper manual or read the .pdf on the how to.. Once you do that,they will show up..

still to no avail.
any further suggestions?

Yes,those are the right drivers,but have you manually installed the MIDI drivers? They are separate from the regular installer,you have to install them a bit different,by going into,program files,KORG,install MIDI etc,if your on xp,you don't say which OS your on,Perhaps it's a bit different if your on a mac,but you posted in windows forum,so I assumed your on Xp,anyhow check the manual..on the instructions,trust me,they have to be installed a certain way..
