I understand the tech notes..
BPM looks for any compatible MOTU or UVI sound library in this location:

Mac: /Library/Application Support/UVISoundBanks/
Win: \Program Files\MOTU\UVISoundBanks\
But this file is not created in Vista x64 so When I do created it, it doesn't call it up/load it into BPM I can see it.. click onit..but nothing..

I think there is a typo in the technotes
It's
Win: \Program Files\UVISoundBanks\
without MOTU subfolder.

Works fine here with this. (this folder has been created by UVIWorkstation in my case)

Just the default player used to play UVI soundbanks.
As far as I know BPM already has all its feature, so there is no need for you.

Still you can download the soundpack demo if you want more sound for BPM.

You should not click the ufs file it in the Windows Explorer or OSX Finder, right ?
You should use BPM browser, click the browser header(where there is a star on the top right) and here select the other ufs.

Not sure if you already was doing this.

Did you ever get this one resolved? I plan to use uvi soundcards and may be building a 64bit vista machine so it would be cool to know what you had to do to get it working.

Exactly a year later I finally have BPM installed, literally just installed today.

This is funny to see :)

Didn't build a vista machine though, x64 windows 7.

Gonna test it out with the free uvi workstation sounds.
