BPM Logic Pro 9 setup?

'HELP!' he gesticulates as he can't determine how to track out BPM pads to different instrument tracks in Logic Pro 9.
I'd like to make a SCENE in BPM then track the bass drum to 1 instrument track, the snare drum to another instrument track, hihats, synth etc all to their own instrument tracks in Logic Pro 9. If you do this please let me know the steps in detail as I have only had Logic for about twelve hours so I'm still learning it.

Secondly, is it necessary to press record in Logic so BPM plays and the audio or MIDI is recorded into Logic? OR can the data be copied to Logic?

Mainly I want to make SCENES in BPM and then put them into Logic to sequence them, add more instruments, FX, and most importantly BOUNCE the track at a higher quality than is possible from the BPM standalone version.

Yours truly
Bun-chan.

I can drag a scene into logic but the audio quality isn't the same as when I play the scene in BPM. The audio sounds really good in BPM.

Is there another way?
Help if you can.
Thanks.

Here is a ruff procedure:

1. Select the "Multi-Out" version of BPM (instead of the stereo)
2. Goto the "Mix" window in BPM.
3. Click on "Main Out" located at the bottom of the channel strip.
4. Choose 1 of the 17 BPM Output channels
5. Goto the "Mixer" in logic.
6. Find the channel strip with BPM on it.
7. Click on the "+" sign located at the bottom of the channel strip (just beneath the "S")
8. This will create a separate channel for the multi-out in BPM.
9. Check the Input of the channel to make sure it is fed by the BPM inst, and that it is connect to a unique multi out port.
10. Hit / Play BPM to make sure you have the sound you want.
11. Label it.
12. Repeat Step 7 as many times as needed until you have all of the BPM multi-outs.

Thanks a lot.
Now that I've done that how do I get the audio onto a track in logic so it can be bounced to an audio file?

GOT IT!

if anyone is interested;
after going to MIX in BPM, change each pad to a different output ie BPM2 or BPM3 etc, then go to the mixer in LOGIC and on the BPM mixer there will be a PLUS symbol below the MUTE SOLO buttons. Click it to add a separate track for each pad.
Then change the output on that track from stereo to BUS1 or BUS2 whatever.
Then add a new audio track in LOGIC.
Change the INPUT, on this new track, from input1-2 to BUS1, what you chose as the output previously, BUS1 or BUS2 whatever.
Then record enable the track by clicking the R next to MUTE and play BPM.
This will record the BPM pad to the LOGIC track.

QED.
