powerful mac, BPM ok?

Just wondering if anyone has a powerful mac, ie 16GB of RAM or more. Does BPM crash or does it run fine?
Gonna pick up a 16GB imac on Tuesday so I just wanna know what's the deal.
Hanging out for an update or patches.
Love BPM, it sounds amazing.
And i just picked up an m-audio oxygen 25 keyboard yesterday. Took a while to get the transport controls working properly but got it all going eventually. Had to change the note-on values for stop, play etc from 0 to 127 then they all worked fine.
And I couldn't find if switching between instruments in the rack can be mapped to a MIDI keyboard button. That would be good.
Ciao.

got a 16GB imac, i7. BPM still crashes when changing the sensitivity in CLIP view.
otherwise the instruments load really quickly and everything else seems good.
still using AUDACITY to slice up vinyl.
c what the future holds.
