New to BPM

Post by papason »

Hey everyone,
I am new to BPM (a solid Geist user, actually),

I have a few questions that I can't seem to figure out:

a) There is no way to load one's own sample onto a pad except drag and drop?

If that is so, then it would be very difficult to audition my sounds.

b) Is there a way to drag and drop the pattern out of the machine?

c) I was surprised to find multi sampled sounds on there. What format are they in, and how do I get more?

Thanks everyone

Hey I see no one answered your question so I will.

Q 1)

Answer: You either double click on your sounds in the bpm browse window or drag and drop

Q2)

Answer: Just click and hold on the word pattern and then drag to your preferred location

Q3)

Answer: BPM uses UVI sound engine so you can get more sound from sites like
http://www.ultimatesoundbank.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; or http://www.uvisoundsource.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hope this helps.
