I built a 1/2 rack system using an 9.7" iPad Pro, USB3 CCK, and an MK4. For me, this is the way forward... I hope MOTU develops an iOS app for hardware control.

Still needs to be plugged into a Computer for iOS to discover the MK4.
Does anybody understand why the iOS discovery app does not see the MK4 when using the USB CCK? Please explain...

Re: iOS MK4 App
Do you have the MOTU Driver installed? It is my understanding the driver is required to get the AVB connection over USB. That said, I am running my 828es via USB, but keep it ethernet-connected as well; iOS devices are finding the interface consistently via the Discovery App.

Is there an iOS Driver? because I'm trying not to use a computer....just an iPad.
