MOTU Traveler not recognized in audio devlces after repaired

I went into the repair shop to get my xlr inputs fixed and mentioned that sometimes I thought my Motu would start over every once in a while. I told them maybe it was because my laptop would fall asleep. They replaced my firewire ports but now the MOTU Traveler mk3 doesn't appear at all in the audio devices in the system preferences nor in Ableton. I feel like when they replaced the firewire ports they screwed something up in the meantime. Any advise here? Freaking out, have a huge show next week.
