The Track 16 is connected via FW to TB to the trash can. I suspect connectivity issues in the OS, frankly. I loose my USB connection every so often as well as my WiFi access on this machine. PITA.

I never used 10.11, partly because it bricked my laptop, but also because I read a load of posts from users of Logic, NI and PT that there were a lot of drop out and disconnect issues with it's CoreAudio. I also saw a lot early this year about how Sierra had fixed those problems. You probably can't go backwards but maybe you can go forwards.

This is getting old. Time for a driver update, MOTU...
