This morning when I turned on my motu ultralite mk3 as usual, my windows 10 didn't realized anymore, that motu is started.
After I tried to uninstall the drivers and restarted windows. I turned off the ultralite mk3 and after windows was rebooted, i turned on again. This time windows didn’t recognize motu ultralite anymore as an audio card like usual.
If i try to start the setup for the driver installation, which i downloaded from the official motu website, it doesnt recognize that there is a audiocard at the usb port. I can just choose from PCI-424 Audio or Microbook no USB in the installation.
I also did a reset on my motu but it didn't change anything..
What should i do now? My gurantee is expired
