After the stage B16 can motu make a B4???

Post by p.pan »

Hi,
I explain.
I play guitar on stage with a singer and sometimes a percussionist.
I use my laptop for the guitar.
My plan is to have an interface like the stage B16 but more little like B4 when I have a concert.
To be able:
1. Multitracks recording (I useDp).
2. To be able to send to the sound engineer all the separate instruments.
3. In the motUltralight format.

The same concept like the Motu stage B16.

My wish this morning.
MacPro 5.1 6-core 3.33GHz 16GB RAM.
Motu 2408MKI PCIe 424, with Focusrite octopre
Alphatrack.

The ultralite AVB might be what you need. It has only two mic pres, but it has plenty of line inputs for outboard mic pres if you need them. It would work just as effectively as a stage box as the B16.
