Audio MIDI Setup Grays out Motu Express 128

I added a MOTU Ultralite to my Mac Pro 5,1 and now the Audio MIDI Setup favors the Ultralite over the MOTU Express 128 as my MIDI interface.
I would prefer to use the Express 128 for MIDI and the Ultralite just for audio. Is there a way to force the Audio MIDI setup to use the Express 128?
