828MK3 hybrid not syncing to timecode

Hello,

i have 3x 828MK3 hybrid not syncing to timecode under MacOS 10.8.5 either on FW or USB.

Dave at MOTU called me and spent some time with me and eventually transfered my case to another department at MOTU. After 4 weeks of emails and troubleshouting it still doesn't work.

I'm thinking the v1.01 firmware in the interface is faulty.

Have any of you had this problem?
